YouTube Working Student at Team5pm

As a Working Student in our organisation you are involved in the channel management from start to finish for our clients. In particular, you will conduct the final check on our non-Dutch deliverables. That comes with a huge amount of responsibility, since you are directly involved in the quality of our projects. That being said, you won’t be solely editing texts. There is a wide range of activities we do for our international clients. E.g. we optimise and review their YouTube channels, we upload videos, and keep an eye on their competitors. Als you will support our Strategy team with data research on trending keywords, etc. Working Students are involved throughout the whole process, and we will teach you all you have to know about YouTube along the way!

Growth Team

Growth is an international team that consists of 15 people in total. Together they are responsible for managing the channels of our clients, and the continuous optimisations of the distribution strategy. They are always thinking about (new) ways to share the videos. They know the ins and outs of the YouTube algorithm which they can translate to meet the goals of our clients.

Who are we looking for?

  • International students – preferably studying Communication or Marketing;
  •  Students whose mother tongue is Italian;
  •  You feel confident about your writing, grammar and spelling skills;
  •  You are punctual and driven to deliver high quality work;
  • You are interested in YouTube and want to learn more about the platform;
  • Being familiar with YouTube as a marketing channel is a pre, but don’t hesitate to respond if you’re not familiar with the platform;
  •  You preferably live near Amsterdam.

Generally speaking you’re asked to work approximately 8-10 hours per week. During your start at Team5pm your availability should be a bit more flexible, since you will have to attend YouTube Training Courses. If you like, you can work from our Amsterdam office, or you can work remotely – whatever you prefer! You can work from any place you like, as long as you have access to a stable internet connection.

Your job ranges from preparing client meetings to installing our solution in specific pilot stores. You are the main owner of the relationship with the client, and their success is your main goal. You both tackle problems to ensure that our solution works well, as well as consult them on how to improve their business. As a Customer Success Executive, you are responsible for the onboarding of 1 new partner, and managing a portfolio of up to 3 existing partners, like for example New York Pizza, Telepizza, Apache Pizza, and Pizza Hut.

You interact with various departments of the client’s headquarters on a daily basis, while also building relationships with franchisees. You provide support to the client for complex problems that the 1st level Support team cannot solve. For new partners, you work together with the Sales team to ensure that onboarding will be successful. Job Description
We are currently looking for a Support Coordinator to ensure that we deliver the best service possible to our clients, like for example New York Pizza, Telepizza, Apache Pizza, and Pizza Hut. Our Support team is there to help our customers get the most out of our solution. Whenever the headquarters or a specific store from our partners has a question or a problem, they reach out to the Support team for help.

Our Support team consists of Support Heroes, who are students that work shifts between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and who are the first line of support for our partners during the “Hungry Hours”. The team receives questions such as how to change the store’s opening hours, and how HQ can best set up a new promotion, but also about bugs or outages in the system. You will manage and mentor this team.

You spend most of your time coaching the Support Heroes, improving processes, and performing actions to prevent certain types of questions from arriving, such as by preparing training for franchisees and store employees.  Next to that, during office hours you handle the questions that come in from our partners, although during the day just relatively few questions from our partners come in.

Of course, you do not do this alone, especially our Head of Operations and COO will work closely with you to make Support a real source of Customer satisfaction. You ensure that our Service Levels continuously improve.

We are a fast faced, people-centric team, where we praise our top contributors, but stay aware that our strength comes from excelling together as a team.

What you will learn

This internship is fully focused on the UK market. During this internship you will learn all there is to know about Sales. With that in mind, these are the sort of things you can expect to be doing:

  • Reaching out to (potential) leads by email (video) campaigns;
  • Picking up the phone and creating blackbear fans from people who don’t know us;
  • Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for social selling;
  • Building rapport with potential businesses and devising/executing acquisition strategies and;
  • Mastering your administrative skills within HubSpot, our CRM System;
  • Working together with your Account Executive to book qualified introductions

What you will bring
