Wat doe je als Visual Design Stagiair(e)?
Als Visual Designer stagiair(e) word je een volwaardig lid van het creatieve team en je ondersteunt bij het vormgeven van onze website, de huisstijl en bij andere marketinguitingen. Je helpt mee aan de zichtbaarheid van Team5pm en je ontwikkelt en verbetert de vormgeving van templates, pitches en presentaties voor onze klanten. Daarnaast ontwikkel je beeld voor onze social media platformen zoals Instagram, Facebook, Twitter en LinkedIn, maar je ondersteunt ook bij de ontwikkeling van thumbnails, eindkaarten en andere uitingen voor de YouTube-kanalen van onze klanten. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van het marketingteam om de expertrol als dé YouTube Agency te claimen. Ze zijn in de breedste zin verantwoordelijk voor de opbouw en het verder uitbouwen van het merk Team5pm. Daarbij richten ze zich enerzijds op het bereiken van potentiële nieuwe klanten. Denk aan: hoe zorg je bijvoorbeeld dat we de aandacht trekken van de marketing manager van dat internationale automerk? Anderzijds probeert het marketingteam om Team5pm onder de aandacht te brengen bij potentiële nieuwe collega’s: hoe zorgen we dat getalenteerde mensen bij ons komen werken? As a Thales trainee you will be trained for a steep learning curve, to advance your career within Thales quickly. We will provide you with the tools to grow into an internal position with impact. The assignments

The subjects you will work on are existing, interdisciplinary and challenging, based on a ‘real need’ and results. This gives you immediate responsibilities and exposure to (senior) management, the organization and external parties. As much as possible, you will have influence on the choice of your assignments. As a new trainee you will start your first, eight month, assignment at our headquarters in Hengelo, this also includes the introduction period together with the other trainees.
