We seek to identify, acquire, and operate an existing private company with an initial enterprise value between €10.0 – €25.0 million. We are funded by over 15 seasoned entrepreneurs, executives and investors. The founder at SaloMonte Investment is an MBA graduate of IESE and Berkeley Business School and has a background in M&A advisory, business development, entrepreneurship, and strategy.
Description of Role
The internship will involve a hands-on learning experience with many of the core activities involved with running a startup private equity firm. An Intern should expect to develop a fundamental knowledge of the process by which middle market companies are bought and sold. During this position one will also gain an understanding of the industry participants involved in middle market transactions and the motivating factors driving their behaviour.
Details of Role
- Research and identify attractive industries based on SaloMonte Investment’s investment criteria
- Develop investment theses and an understanding of business models for selected industries
- Production of emails/LOI’s for targeted small businesses
- Review of confidential information on potential acquisitions; business opportunity modelling
- Participation in phone calls with investment bankers and small business owners
- Significant mentorship from SaloMonte’s founder and periodic meetings to discuss progress

What you will do:
- Scheduling an official social media calendar
- Produce eye-catching copywriting and visual content
- Grow user base on different social media platforms and local channels and increase the awareness of our brand in fun, interactive and informative ways
- Organize and implement the social media campaigns according to our marketing calendar and through collaborating with other brands
- Research and build targeted media influencer lists and make connections with them
- PR outreach

Requirements & Skills:
- Studying or studied in a relevant field i.e. communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or proven experience in such fields.
- Experience with social media channels Instagram and LinkedIn is preferred.
- Experience with Canva is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How you’ll contribute to our success:
- Coordinate with the sales team to nurture prospects through the sales process

Witlof Skincare is een jong bedrijf in de clean beauty branche. Het bedrijf heeft een 100% natuurlijk en vegan huidverzorgingsmerk ontwikkeld dat in september 2019 in de Benelux werd gelanceerd en heeft een distributie opgebouwd onder onafhankelijke beautyretailers, webshops en grotere retailers zoals Holland & Barrett. Voor onze snelgroeiende distributie zoeken wij een stagiaire die kan helpen met de supply chain vanaf productie tot aan verkoop en daarnaast ondersteunt met financiële taken. Er zijn twee kantoren, in Amsterdam en in Londen. De voertaal is Engels en Nederlands, de voorkeur gaat uit naar een stagiair(e) met Nederlands als moedertaal.

Over de functie
Witlof Skincare is een jong, dynamisch en flexibel bedrijf. Je krijgt veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en mede daardoor ook een zeer steile leercurve. Deze stage kan worden uitgevoerd in Amsterdam of Londen (huisvesting zelf organiseren). Wat doe je als Visual Design Stagiair(e)?
Als Visual Designer stagiair(e) word je een volwaardig lid van het creatieve team en je ondersteunt bij het vormgeven van onze website, de huisstijl en bij andere marketinguitingen. Je helpt mee aan de zichtbaarheid van Team5pm en je ontwikkelt en verbetert de vormgeving van templates, pitches en presentaties voor onze klanten. Team Marketing
Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van het marketingteam om de expertrol als dé YouTube Agency te claimen. Ze zijn in de breedste zin verantwoordelijk voor de opbouw en het verder uitbouwen van het merk Team5pm. Daarbij richten ze zich enerzijds op het bereiken van potentiële nieuwe klanten. Denk aan: hoe zorg je bijvoorbeeld dat we de aandacht trekken van de marketing manager van dat internationale automerk? Anderzijds probeert het marketingteam om Team5pm onder de aandacht te brengen bij potentiële nieuwe collega’s: hoe zorgen we dat getalenteerde mensen bij ons komen werken? Waar zijn wij naar op zoek?
- Je bent een enthousiaste 3e of 4e jaars student en weet precies wat je wil (en kunt);

About the job
As a Thales trainee you will be trained for a steep learning curve, to advance your career within Thales quickly. We will provide you with the tools to grow into an internal position with impact. Not just during one assignment, mind you, since you will work on three interdisciplinary assignments within approximately two years. And when you’re done? You’ll land a challenging job within Thales!
The assignments
The subjects you will work on are existing, interdisciplinary and challenging, based on a ‘real need’ and results. This gives you immediate responsibilities and exposure to (senior) management, the organization and external parties. As much as possible, you will have influence on the choice of your assignments. As a new trainee you will start your first, eight month, assignment at our headquarters in Hengelo, this also includes the introduction period together with the other trainees. Together you will form a learning team coached by our external partner.
The second and third assignment both last six months and can take place at any one of our sites (Hengelo, Huizen, Eindhoven, Delft, Amersfoort), an international Thales site or at one of our customers.
The three assignments you go through as a trainee each have a different focus area, namely technical/operational, strategic and project-related. Besides that you will work on a Thales NL strategic project for all trainees to collaborate on.

About you

Wij zijn Team5pm: een YouTube Marketing Agency. Wij helpen uitgevers en merken aan meer succes op YouTube. We zorgen voor meer views, kijktijd, advertentieomzet, leads en conversies. We zijn in 2018 gestart, omdat we ervan overtuigd zijn dat YouTube enorme kansen en mogelijkheden biedt voor uitgevers en merken. Kansen die we samen met onze klanten benutten! Wij werken samen met nationale en internationale klanten zoals PlayStation, Prime Video, Mediahuis, ANWB, Volkswagen, KPN, Centraal Beheer, Bol.com en GAMMA.

Wat doe je als Online Advertising Stagiair(e)?
Team Advertising is eindverantwoordelijk voor de advertentie strategieën op YouTube en andere videoplatformen voor klanten van Team5pm, van briefing tot evaluatie. De specialisten in het team zijn het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten voor alle uitdagingen rondom advertising. Geen uitdaging is ons te groot! Als team zoek je naar de best mogelijke oplossingen voor de uitdaging, uiteraard op basis van inzichten uit data-analyse, want alles bij Team5pm is gebaseerd op data. Dat is immers waar ons bedrijf om draait.
Als Online Advertising Stagiair(e) ben je volwaardig lid van het Advertising Team. Hierbij zal je samen met je collega’s bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van de tofste campagnes. Van implementatie tot aan de evaluatie.
Waar zijn wij naar op zoek?
Voor onze Advertising Stagiair(e) zijn we op zoek naar leergierige en enthousiaste toptalenten. We vinden het belangrijk dat je communicatief vaardig bent, je makkelijk kan aanpassen, goed kan samenwerken en vooral niet kan wachten om veel te gaan leren.
Daarnaast:
- ben je bijna klaar met je HBO (of WO) studie in de richting van marketing, communicatie of bedrijfskunde;
- ben je enthousiast en heb je een proactieve en flexibele instelling;
- beheers je de Nederlandse én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- ben je fulltime (of 4 dagen per week) beschikbaar;
- heb je er vooral heel veel zin in!
Wat krijg je daarvoor terug?
Wij bieden je een superfijne stageplek met enorm veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je bouwt professionele ervaring op bij een nieuw bureau met veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Het is dus echt geen koffie-haal-stage, maar een echte meewerk stage met genoeg ruimte voor plezier en toffe projecten.
Ons pand zit in hartje Amsterdam en is dus goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer (of de fiets!). Ook is er elke dag een lekkere lunch en er zijn elke week gezellige (vrijdagmiddag)borrels! Met natuurlijk heel veel toffe collega’s!
