Werkstudent Private Equity & Venture Capital (24-32 hours p/w)

Your goal
We are a Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE & VC) Fund based in the Netherlands, with headquarters in Amsterdam. We offer entrepreneurs and private investors access to the best PE & VC funds. We currently have a team of 30+ people and over EUR 1.8 billion in capital commitments. This capital comes from over 1,500 investors who have collectively invested in over 100 PE & VC funds.

Are you a finance master’s student with a passion for investments and an eagerness to contribute to the dynamic world of Private Equity and Venture Capital? Then don’t hesitate and app Mapping the market for Family Offices and entrepreneurs;

• Support during the entire sales process through due diligence and preparing documentation;
• Enrich database with potential customers;
• Analyzing VC and PE-funds (competition, strategy, focus, etc.);
• Preparing the fund reports for our Investor Community;
• Preparing fund memo’s for the Investment Committee;
• Preparing investor presentations;
• Ad-hoc support at investor events.

Your profile

• You are a finance master student in the final phase of your master’s program.
• You have at least a completed HBO education.
• You have demonstrable affinity for the financial sector and commercial (supporting) experience.
• You are reliable, a team player, proactive, and have good communication skills.
• You live in the Amsterdam area.
• You speak Dutch and English fluently.
• You are available for 16+ hours per week.
