International Sales Executive (32-40 hours p/w)

Responsibilities
You are always looking for new opportunities and challenges. You enjoy working in an enthusiastic and professional team and you are ready for a new challenge in which you can really develop yourself. You will start your onboarding at the office in Utrecht, but you will not shy away from traveling to Germany at least once a month.

As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for customer contact, both with new prospects and existing customers. You will prepare proposals, update your accounts in Hubspot and optimize our sales processes. Your drive for new deals is rewarded with a salary that consists of a fixed and a variable part, with monthly bonuses paid directly with your salary.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your vision on sales and the freedom to build a professional sales team within Europe with a well-founded plan as you grow. We guide you to ensure that you become a professional who knows everything about our services. Our goal is to help you become a shining star in sales.

Your team
In this role, you will work alongside experienced sales professionals with a proven track record. The team consists of one Sales Executive, and a Sales Manager to whom you report directly.

Your qualities
To get off to a quick start, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences. The field of study does not matter as long as you have a natural sales instinct. We appreciate proactive individuals who take quick action and come up with ideas based on what they have learned.

Additionally, you have at least one to three years of relevant work experience and are proficient in both German and English, written and spoken. You not only understand the German language but also the culture and mentality. You adapt effortlessly and fit well with the culture prevalent among German customers. You are a customer-oriented and precise professional who works proactively and solution-oriented, always seeking new opportunities with both new and existing customers. Naturally, you are strong in communication, easily engage with people at various levels, and have a demonstrable affinity for sales and a sense for marketing.

What we offer

  • Salary of €3,000.00 – €3,600.00 gross per month, excluding 8% holiday allowance
  • Variable salary based on bonus structure.

  • Opportunity to work in an international environment. You will work within an international Sales Team from the head office in Utrecht, but will also be active at events and with customers in Germany and other countries.
  • A contract for 40 hours per week (32 or 36 hours is negotiable)
