We’re excited to invite an Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. Your role will involve ensuring seamless and efficient operations within our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the founders in daily operational tasks
• Coordinating with our driver team to support their tasks and schedules
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials
• Optimizing our delivery routes and schedules
• Serving as the key point of contact for both wholesalers and contractors, ensuring high
• levels of satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise during the day

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Exceptional time management abilities
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• The capacity to remain composed under pressure
• The ability to maintain a positive and light-hearted attitude even in challenging situations
• Previous experience in operations is ideal but not required
• Speaks Dutch/English
