Are you a student looking for a side job where you can really make a difference? As a Customer Service Specialist, you will help customers with their questions and problems, making sure every interaction comes out positively.

What you’ll do
As the face of the company, you will contribute to maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, making you a key pillar in the growth of our start-up.

  • Answer questions and resolve customer issues related to deliveries.

  • Ensure that every customer interaction ends with a smile.

  • Work quickly and efficiently to resolve issues that will improve for customer satisfaction.

  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

About you

  • You speak Dutch fluently and you are proficient in English.

  • Problems? Pff, you only know solutions! You enjoy using your problem-solving skills to help customers as effectively as possible.

  • You are empathetic and can make customers feel heard.

  • One step after the other: you are resilient and remain calm in busy situations

  • You enjoy working in a start-up a start-up environment.
