We all know Netflix, Videoland, Prime and Disney+ and soon everyone will add Cheflix to this list of indispensable streaming platforms. Cheflix is a brand new platform that allows everyone to learn how to cook like a real Michelin chef, whether it’s a weekday meal or a special dinner with friends, family or your first date. So no more dull and drab dinners, but plates full of colours and a pleasure for the mouth.
Our mission is clear and together with our founders Thomas van Burg (HelloFresh) and Jeroen van den Brink (DiningCity), we are building a new streaming platform for foodies and home- chefs all over the world. Let’s create some memorable culinary moments in people’s homes all over the whole world!
Your recipe to success
Gain a unique experience at a fast-growing start-up, celebrate successes (big) with colleagues and put a smile on the face of our subscribers. This is what your internship at Cheflix will look like!
Your work will be pretty all-round, that way you will really learn the trades of working at an early stage start-up. Your responsibility is to surprise our subscribers by going the extra mile and solving their questions and problems in no time. You are the point of contact via phone, email, chat and all our social media channels. Meaning, you get the full responsibility of our Social Media accounts, you improve your writing skills by creating catchy posts.
- You will manage and grow our owned SoMe channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok – whatever the go-to social platform of the moment is.
- Create social content according to brand guidelines and standards.
- You will maintain a community full of brand friends and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- You will monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Please don’t confuse this for a purely execution role, where you will bring the coffee. Cheflix is a place where you will learn and develop yourself.
About you
A start-up like Cheflix is the place to be if you can work independently (at your level), want to learn the trade of social media and community support and grow as a person. All we need from you is;
- You are following a Bachelor or Master education, for example in the direction of communication or marketing
- You know the ins and outs of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest and get excited about content creation
- You show initiative, you can work independently and at the same time you are a real team player
- You are empathetic and always looking for creative solutions to surprise our users and exceed their expectations
- You have an eye for detail and are critical
- You are eager to learn, positive and flexible. When you have to do 10 things at once, you keep the overview
- You write and speak Dutch fluently, but you also get along well in English
