What are you going to do?
During your internship at Corporate Housing Factory you will be part of the Commercial Desk Team and directly support the Marketing & Communication Manager. For example, you will manage the websites , social media channels and the news letters of the labels Corporate Housing Factory, ServicedApartments.nl and Corporate Hous ing Living. You will have guidance with your tasks , though your own initiative is greatly appreciated. Your tasks include:

• Uploading new apartments within our booking system and maintaining it;
• Writing, formatting and sending news letters;
• Thinking about new (online) opportunities in the market and other
• marketing activities/promotions ;
• Further develop a Social Media strategy and implement it through
• maintaining and improving the social media channels;
• Help with creating promotions and campaigns;
• Performing a competition analysis (market research);
• Assisting with daily (ad hoc) activities;
• Participate in organising events and attend trade fairs;
• Creating and writing interesting content for our blog, social media posts etc.

who are you? 

• You are following an HBO or university education in Marketing, Communication or similar study;
• You have good communicative skills and you have an excellent command of both Dutch and English in word and writing;
• You are flexible, creative, independent and accurate;
• You have knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• You know your way around various Social Media channels;
• Knowledge of Photoshop, CMS systems and Google Analytics is an advantage;
• You have an affinity for and/or experience within the hospitality sector or travel industry.
