Immigration Consultant (32-40 uur p/w)

What are you going to do
As an immigration consultant within our team, you support us in obtaining the necessary work and/or residence permits for foreign employees (and any family members) who move to the Netherlands. You draw up immigration recommendations, submit applications to the IND and the UWV and take care of the necessary administration. You monitor the progress of the submitted applications and any deadlines such as meeting the desired start date. You have contact with various implementing bodies such as the IND, the UWV and municipalities. In addition, you are the point of contact for our customers and their foreign employees and you answer questions during the immigration process.

Who are you?

• You have completed an HBO/WO [Higher professional education/Academic] programme
• You enjoy and find it easy to work with automated systems
• You are organisationally strong and accurate
• You are fluent in the English language both orally and in writing
• You are eager to learn, flexible, customer-oriented and can work under pressure
• Relevant work experience is an advantage but not a necessity

We advise customers on possible immigration procedures for employing foreign workers who come to the Netherlands based on the relevant legislation (the Foreign Nationals Employment Act and the Foreign Nationals Act).
