Are you a Support Specialist and looking for a new challenge? On a daily base our team is building the best product, connecting new restaurants and maintaining our relationships with existing clients already using Formitable. Support is one of Formitable’s unique selling points.

As our Support Specialist you help consolidating and expanding our head start on the rest of the market. You excel in communication skills, as well by phone as email/chat. With tons of love and care you train the nicest restaurants of the country to the best use of Formitable possible. After you helped them out, they know how to independently run all our tools from that moment on! You are the main point of contact for our clients. Therefore it is utterly important to guard our brand identity during all communication and apply standardization when explaining how we work. Close collaboration with both the commercial as development team is essential in order to offer the best of the best service of the market.

Founded in 2017 by Raymond Wilders, Cyril Mestrom and Milan van de Goor, Formitable is headquartered in Amsterdam. This year, we’re setting up shop in Barcelona and Paris.

Our platform was designed with restaurant owners in mind and tailored to their every need. Part booking system, part table management tool, part CRM, Formitable offers restaurateurs 20+ integrations to help serve their guests better and grow their business online. Every month, our platform facilitates more than a million guests for 1000+ restaurants, ranging from local gems to Michelin star awarded businesses, without any involvement of consumer platforms.

What you’ll get to do

  • Train restaurants in using Formitable
  • You are the first contact by email, chat and phone (often combined with screensharing)
  • Keep up and extend the self service support Help Center;
  • Collaborate with Customer Succes Manager on configuration of accounts
  • Monthly reporting to development including analyzing (UX) improvements, feature requests and making sure pressure on support is as low as possible

About you

  • HBO / WO education level
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Excellent communication skills, as well by phone as email
  • Client oriented
  • Teamplayer
  • Confident yet eager to learn
  • Proven knowledge on both online and restaurant business
  • Experience with Aircall and Intercom (and Formitable) is a great asset
