We become the recruiting department for a startup, running their recruiting processes and finding talent from within (we know, cool right). We work from the customer’s office, immerse ourselves in their culture, work with management and even have our own email addresses there. This makes reaching out to candidates intimate, easy and personal. We are not just another headhunter, and the talent senses it.
What’s a Startup Recruiter?
As our Startup Recruiter, or Talent Hacker, you’ll be helping to build the teams of tomorrow for our startups. From developers to marketeers to operations, you are there to help our clients to address their talent needs, using startup-friendly and modern techniques.
No cold calls in sight. We use the latest recruiting tools, online marketing and personal relations to help find great talent for our clients. You will explore new ways of connecting the right talent to the right startups…who reads job boards anyway? ¯_(ツ)_/¯
You will enjoy getting innovative with sourcing, engaging and dealing with potential candidates, as well as the startups that we’re lucky to call our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will
- Love the challenge of finding & engaging talent digitally, balancing personalization and conversion with efficiency using various growth hacking tools
- Manage and own your project to over-deliver and make everyone happy
- Be an executor, we like people with the perseverance to get it done
- Work together in small teams with project managers, customers and sourcers
- Write attractive job descriptions and personal email reach-outs
- (Learn) Growth hacking and how to source talent online
