Traineeship Risk Consultant and IT audit

As a trainee, you’ll work with leading organizations globally, gaining hands-on experience and personalized development through our Academy program. Responsibilities

From the moment you join us as a trainee, you become an integral part of our team. Together with experienced colleagues, you’ll be deployed to various clients and participate in a range of projects, quickly gaining insight into the full spectrum of services our company offers. You will quickly get responsibilities, facilitating rapid learning.

Through our Academy program, you’ll undergo comprehensive training to become an expert in risk management and IT audit. In the initial year, you’ll develop knowledge in risk management, IT standards, project management, and communication skills, applying them directly to client projects. Progressing from a team member to leading your own projects, you’ll continue refining your expertise in the second and third year, guided by your interests and ambitions. Embrace the motto “Become the architect of your own future,” determining your areas of specialization with the support of a personal coach to ensure your success.


Your team

In this role, you’ll collaborate with seasoned consultants who have a strong track record of success. You'll work on projects for clients across a variety of sectors, including IT, real estate, startups, and international business. These projects will present high expectations and challenges, creating a steep learning curve. However, you’ll have the resources and support you need to thrive and succeed. Your qualities

For the position of Traineeship we are looking for top performers; we expect you to maximize your potential to succeed. Key attributes that define a successful consultant are ambition, intelligence, drive, a hands-on mentality, resilience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and persuasiveness.

Additionally, you have:

  • An HBO Bachelor or University degree. If it has a focus on accountancy, business economics, security, safety science, or IT is advantageous.
  • Preferably one year of work experience, but starters are also welcome
  • Demonstrating analytical strength
  • Effective interpersonal skills, proactivity, and initiative-taking abilities
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
