About the Company
We are a Software as Service (SaaS) company, that provides Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) with the omnichannel operating system to run their business in the most effective and efficient way. You can be part of this journey as our Business Operation Intern. We are looking for a student who is based out of our office in the Amsterdam area and is available for a full-time (40 hours) internship for at least 4 months
Job Description
As our Business Operations Intern, you will be part of the Operations team. You will pick up specific projects or high-priority problems that are key for the success of our clients, like New York Pizza, Telepizza, Apache Pizza, and Pizza Hut. Your job ranges from doing Excel analyses on how our customer can improve their business, to doing installations in-store, and from preparing training for franchisees to helping the partners headquarter prepare for a campaign in which they launch a set of new pizzas. If there is a fitting project at hand, you will be managing it end-to-end, such as for example the pilot of our new Driver App. As you will be working in the Operations team, you will internally mainly work together with our Product and Support team. You will also work together with various departments of our partners, in that way you will learn how you interact with restaurant chains in practice. One of our Customer Success Executives will be your mentor, and you will work closely with them learning from how they perform their job.
Job Requirements
- You are eager to learn about our software solution in depth
- You are a 3rd or 4th-year student in the EU
- You have a get-things-done mentality
- You enjoy fully owning a project or a problem
- You have an analytical mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or another European language (German, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
- You can work with us for a minimum of 4 months, 4 or 5 days per week
- Bonus points for experience in dealing with customers
- Bonus points for experience within the hospitality industry
