Our innovative approach connects farmers and their products directly to international clients using our proprietary software for ensuring traceability and transparency. This way we cut out the middlemen and give the farmers the best price. Next to that we work together with the farmers to restore the environment through reforestation.

Project:

We are launching a new skincare brand built around our own shea butter, sourced directly from smallholder farmers in Ghana. This project aims to radically shift the power from skincare giants to smallscale farmers by replacing outdated models with one that is transparent, fair, and future-proof.

Our mission is simple: Soft on the Skin, Hard on Injustice. That means better skincare for consumers, fairer pay for farmers, and a more sustainable industry overall. We are building a company from scratch that prioritizes top-quality, natural products and eliminates unnecessary middlemen. By keeping the value chain as short as possible, we can offer premium skincare at a fair price while ensuring that value flows directly to the people who produce the ingredients.

This is more than a product launch. It is an experiment to test a new model of impact: bringing farmer-made products directly to consumers and proving that ethical, effective skincare can lead the future of beauty. Over the next 5 months, our core team of three will co-create and launch this brand, developing everything from identity to go-to-market strategy. You will be a key part of this transformative journey.

Your role:
As our Brand and Creative Intern, you will help shape how the world sees and connects with our new cosmetics brand. You will co-create the brand identity, design packaging, and support the development of our website and social media presence. You will help bring our values and story to life through visual storytelling, content creation, and consumer testing. From the first sketch to the final launch, you will play a central role in how the brand looks, feels, and communicates.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:

• Language: Professional Working Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• You should be based in the Netherlands
• Background or strong interest in branding, graphic design, product storytelling, or visual communication
• Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
• Ability to translate ideas and research into visual concepts
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in sustainability, ethical fashion, or beauty is a strong plus
